- Coordinate correspondence, documentation and information flow between the Youth Justice Team, partner agencies, families and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking and distributing documentation where required.
- Process purchase orders, monitor invoices and support other finance-related administrative tasks in line with organisational procedures.
- Assist with the management of team mailboxes, telephone enquiries and general correspondence.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other documents as required.
- Support compliance with data protection, information governance and record-keeping requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to managers and practitioners within the service.

- Experience maintaining records and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience coordinating information and communications across multiple stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Experience undertaking financial administration tasks such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices or monitoring expenditure.

- Experience using case management systems.
- Knowledge of data protection and information governance requirements.
- Experience supporting multi-agency teams.
- Detail-oriented and methodical.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Collaborative and customer-focused.
- Resilient and adaptable in a busy service environment.
- Committed to delivering high-quality support services.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in children's services, youth justice, safeguarding, probation, education or other multi-agency environments where accurate record keeping, confidentiality and effective stakeholder coordination are critical.
