Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer – Central London Location: Central London Salary: £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday Job Type: Permanent Benefits: Zone 1–2 Travel Card + Guaranteed HV & LV Training + Overtime Available Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services team, looking after a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer who enjoys variety and wants to work across multiple high-quality commercial sites rather than being based at one static location. The role offers a basic salary of £45,000, a Zone 1–2 travel card, overtime opportunities and guaranteed HV & LV training, providing a strong route for further technical development. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties * Travel between sites across Central London * Fault find and diagnose electrical issues * Carry out lighting and emergency lighting maintenance * Complete minor electrical repairs and remedial works * Maintain electrical plant and associated building services systems * Complete PPM records, logbooks and compliance documentation * Liaise with clients, contractors and site teams * Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures * Support wider building services maintenance where required Requirements * Electrically qualified to Level 3 or equivalent * 18th Edition preferred * Previous commercial building maintenance experience * Strong electrical fault-finding ability * Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance * Comfortable travelling between multiple Central London sites * Professional and client-facing approach * Keen to develop technically and complete HV & LV training Package * £45,000 basic salary * Zone 1–2 travel card * Guaranteed HV & LV training * Overtime available * Monday to Friday * Permanent position * Central London commercial portfolio * Strong technical progression opportunities This role would suit an Electrical Engineer, Foot Mobile Engineer, Mobile Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer or Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical bias.
