Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready for your next challenge?
We’re recruiting inspirational Registered Managers to lead high-quality 2–4 bed residential children’s homes supporting young people with SEMH needs.
Role of Registered ManagerLead and develop your staff team
Ensure outstanding care and positive outcomes
Drive Ofsted, safeguarding & regulatory compliance
Manage referrals, admissions, care plans & risk assessments
Build strong relationships with Local Authorities & professionals
Manage staffing, budgets & occupancy
Lead continuous improvement across the home
Requirements for Registered Manager2+ years’ recent residential childcare experience
Management/supervisory experience
Experience supporting young people with SEMH
Level 4+ relevant childcare/social care qualification
Level 4+ Management/Leadership qualification
Strong knowledge of Ofsted & residential childcare regulations
Enhanced DBS
Full UK driving licence
