DC Product Owner

We are currently working with a growing pensions organisation to support their search for a DC Product Owner, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working closely with stakeholders and technology teams, and delivering digital solutions that create real value for customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing and analysing items within the product backlog.
• Gathering, documenting and validating business and technical requirements.
• Working with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and align priorities.
• Using data and insights to support decision-making and drive product improvements.
• Mapping and improving business processes to enhance customer and operational outcomes.
• Collaborating with development, testing and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Supporting backlog prioritisation and product roadmap activities.
• Preparing release documentation, training materials and business readiness activities.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of product management and delivery processes.
• Supporting investigation and resolution of complex system issues where required.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience working as a Product Owner, Junior Product Owner or a Business Analyst
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to identify issues and proactively seek out ways of improvement

This is a role where you’ll have genuine influence over product direction, customer experience and business outcomes. You’ll work with talented colleagues across the organisation and help shape the future of their digital services.

This role is hybrid to a Leeds office, 2 days per week.
