PK Education are recruiting for a qualified English Teacher to work within a secondary school in Doncaster.
We’re looking for a confident and engaging teacher who can deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting students of different abilities and helping them achieve their full potential.

The Role

Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4

Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons

Supporting students preparing for GCSE examinations

Planning, marking and assessing student progress

Adapting teaching to support students of different abilities

Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
-
Working collaboratively with the English department
The Ideal Candidate
-
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
-
Have experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
-
Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
-
Confident delivering GCSE English Language and Literature
-
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

Passionate about developing students’ literacy and communication skills

ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply

An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
