The Swan With Two Necks in Blackbrook is a relaxed bar and dining pub with a
crackling fire, cosy corners and a heated Tipi – famous for its Sunday roasts
and Steak, Ale & Chestnut Mushroom Pie. Our kitchen cooks with fresh,
seasonal ingredients – English pub favourites alongside the chef's take on
international classics.



Here's what we offer:

• Up to £17.12 per hour (Approx. £3,010 every 4-weeks or £39,160 pa)

• Super achievable bonus up to 20% of your basic (Approx. £7,830 pa)

• Shared Service charge (Avg. £8,010 pa)

• Total Potential Package = £55,000 per year

• Full time – 44 hours a week

The role

You'll be the heart of the kitchen and part of your restaurant's leadership
team, supporting the General Manager and your brigade to deliver fantastic
food. Your team will look to you for leadership and development – and our
guests will keep coming back for the food you create.



What you'll be doing:

• Leading and developing your kitchen brigade

• Delivering our menus to the highest standard, every service

• Owning GP, labour and stock control

• Keeping food safety and kitchen standards spotless

• Bringing ideas for new dishes, flavours and techniques



What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Head Chef, or a strong Senior Sous ready to step up

• A knockout leader with a passion for great food

• Commercial awareness – GP, labour and stock

• Attention to detail and calm under pressure
