The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance
As our Leisure Assistant dedicated to Cleaning and Hygiene, you are the driving force behind our club's presentation. This is a highly active, hands on role where you will take total ownership of deep cleaning, sanitising, and maintaining exceptional standards across the gym floor, studios, reception, and changing rooms.

Your Remit: What You Will Actually Be Doing
We do not just need someone to push a mop around; we need a proactive team player who spots details before anyone else does. We trust you to handle:

• The Deep Clean: Scrubbing, vacuuming, and operating commercial cleaning machinery to keep every inch of the club spotless, from the lobby to the studios.

• The Changing Rooms: Ensuring showers, lockers, toilets, and vanity units are rigorously sanitised, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest possible standard throughout the day.

• The Safe Environment: Handling chemicals safely (we will train you fully on COSHH regulations) and immediately reporting any maintenance issues or equipment faults so we can fix them fast.

• The Member Connection: Greeting members with a warm smile, assisting with queries, and working politely around our guests while always respecting their privacy.
