Property Litigation Solicitor
Birmingham | Hybrid (1–2 days in office) | Permanent
An established and growing legal team is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Legal Expenses Insurance practice.
The role involves managing a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigation property disputes, including landlord & tenant matters, possession proceedings, rent arrears, boundary disputes, nuisance and rights of way claims. You will also advise insurers and policyholders on coverage and strategy.
Our client looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in property litigation, landlord & tenant and/or insurance disputes
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Strong drafting, analytical and client relationship skills
- Commercial, proactive and well-organised approach
- Insurance/Legal Expenses Insurance experience advantageous
