An excellent role on offer for a Residential Surveyor looking to work for a specialist building surveying business that specialises in Homebuyer and Building surveys, offering working flexibility, support towards Chartership, other professional development, and a close-knit working environment.
Are you an ambitious Residential/Building Surveyor looking for a new role? Are you looking for a close-knit, supportive work environment that also offers you a lot of autonomy?
This building surveying business specialises in delivering the highest quality Homebuyer and Building surveys. They operate across the South West, partnering with a variety of estate agents. Their success has been built on their small, dedicated team that has enabled them to become a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA).
The role will be home-based with site travel for the completion of Homebuyer (Level 2) and Building (Level 3) surveys. You will be supported from day one to ensure you settle in well to the business, with fantastic opportunities to receive further training, and even get support with becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working on Homebuyer & Building surveys in the past, be happy to work in a small business with a close-knit team, but also be happy to work autonomously once the initial training period is completed. You will be a good communicator who enjoys maintaining relationships with clients whilst building relationships with new clients.

*Great communication skills with the ability to present information and reports
*Driving license
*Happy to work independently
