About the role
Residential Site Manager - West Bromwich - £45 - £55k - Home Improvements
Our client provides high quality home improvement services across Birmingham and the West Midlands. They deliver a wide range of residential building works including new build homes, house extensions, loft conversions, single, double garage conversions, kitchen and bathroom installations.
As a Residential Site Manager, you will over see around 10 projects with typical values from £20k to £250k.
You will manage the site within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site.
This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits.
You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.
The Person:
Experience in the house building sector or commercial residential sector.
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Project Manager or Manager in a similar house building environment
Qualifications/Experience
It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid, IT skills as well as a driving licence.
