What You'll Do:

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers across the UK and Ireland, delivering a high level of service and product expertise.
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to quotation, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Advise customers on product selection, applications, and technical queries, identifying the best solutions to meet their requirements.
• Work towards individual and team KPIs, meeting deadlines and contributing to departmental targets and business growth.

What They Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Technical Sales, Internal Sales, Quotations, or Customer Support role within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• A mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical products, customer requirements, and engineering specifications.
• Proven experience preparing quotations, processing customer enquiries, and supporting tender or bid submissions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide a professional and solution-focused customer experience.
