About the role
We are currently recruiting an exciting job opportunity for a fantastic company based near Netley. This role will be dealing with a variety of administrative responsibilities where you would ensure processes are running smoothly. This role is on an ongoing temporary basis, with a potential of it going permanent.
The Administrator role
Within this role you’ll be responsible for supporting administrative functions within the department. This would include, liaising with different teams through telephone and email. Chasing up documentation, data entry, logging in information onto the system, and scheduling appointments. This role is working Monday to Friday, full time.
The Idea Candidate
We are ideally looking for someone who has a ‘can-do’ attitude with a keen eye for detail. Being able to pick things up quickly with basic computer skills is essential for this role. If you enjoy dealing with a good variety of admin tasks, this role will be the perfect opportunity to get hands on experience in an office based environment.
