Job Title: Construction Labourer

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist tradespeople on site, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and support the smooth running of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Loading and unloading building materials and equipment.
- Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Moving materials around site as required.
- Operating basic hand and power tools safely.
- Following health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Assisting with site setup and dismantling.
- Performing general labouring duties as instructed by site management.
Requirements
- Previous construction or labouring experience preferred but not essential.
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Good understanding of site health and safety.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own PPE (Hard Hat, Safety Boots, Hi-Vis Vest).
