- Negotiate and book venues, performers, suppliers and event partners.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, entertainment and operations teams to launch events and drive ticket sales.
- Manage sales performance, review results and identify opportunities to improve campaigns.

- Scale successful brands through repeat dates, additional shows and expansion into new cities.
- Identify new concepts, partnerships and market opportunities while building relationships across the industry.
To be successful, you will need:

- Strong technical knowledge of venues, alongside experience negotiating contracts and managing event logistics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across venues, talent, suppliers and internal teams.
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently.
- Experience growing or scaling event brands, tours or entertainment concepts.
