HR Advisor

We’re recruiting an HR Operations Advisor to join a growing HR team within a professional, fast-paced organisation based in London.

This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety and ownership across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.

The role will include:

• Managing onboarding, contractual changes, probation reviews and offboarding
• Providing guidance on HR policies and processes
• Supporting absence, performance and other routine employee relations matters
• Managing employee benefits and HR records
• Maintaining the HRIS and producing HR reports
• Supporting right-to-work, visa and wider compliance requirements EMS HR Advisor

About you:

You’ll ideally have 2+ years’ experience in HR administration/HR operations, with a good understanding of the employee lifecycle. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and confident dealing with employees and managers at all levels. CIPD Level 3 or working towards it is preferred, and experience within financial services would be an advantage but isn’t essential.

You’ll also be comfortable using HR systems and Excel, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Location: London – hybrid working, minimum 3 days per week in the office
