About the role
Overview:
My client, a health research organisation are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join their Team and support a member of the C-Suite.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Gathering information and putting together information for board packs
- Comfortable putting presentations together
- Minute taking, diary management and travel correspondence
- Formatting documents and templates
- Dealing with invoices and expenses
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
- Assisting with onboarding new employees
- Coordinate office moves and workspace allocation
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience working within a similar EA role
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Happy working at pace in a busy environment
- Experience with expenses management
- Experience creating board packs
- Experience overseeing a office move
- Confident in making decisions
Package:
- Up to £250 per day (Umbrella rate)
- Hybrid working
