💷 Pay & Benefits

We believe great work deserves great pay. You will be paid per shift at the following premium rates:

• 💰 Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.70 per hour

• 💰 Weekends (Sat–Sun): £16.50 per hour

• 🚗 Mileage allowance: £0.30p per mile

⏰ Shift Patterns

We run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle so you can still enjoy everything the local area has to offer:

• 🌞 Day Shifts: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 🌙 Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Description

💙 What You’ll Be Doing

Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. You’ll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.

✨ You’ll help with:

• 💧 Providing personal care with dignity and respect – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming

• 💊 Assisting with medication – preparation and administration

• 🚶 Helping with mobility – and using aids/equipment safely

• 🍲 Preparing meals/snacks – and offering mealtime support

• 🧺 Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning

• 💬 Offering companionship and reassurance – building meaningful relationships

✨ You’ll also:

• 🤝 Encourage social engagement and family connections

• 👀 Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family

• 📝 Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• 🛡️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively

• 🧩 Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

Qualifications

🦸 What You’ll Need

Hold onto your hats, because you don't need any social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders! 💪 We offer full, paid training — all you need is a heart of gold, reliability, and the drive to make a difference.

• 🚗 Driving Requirement: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to travel between your local clients in these rural and semi-rural areas.
