Pay: £93 - £120 per day (dependent on role)

The Role\n

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
\n
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning
\n
• Assist pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
\n
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
\n
• Support classroom preparation and learning activities
\n
• Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and achievement
\n
• Follow school policies and procedures at all times
\n

What We're Looking For\n

We'd love to hear from candidates who have:

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, youth work, coaching, or similar setting
\n
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
\n
• A willingness to work across different primary schools and year groups
\n
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
\n
