This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced commercial leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of quantity surveying and commercial management while supporting high-profile construction projects across the capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost reporting, valuations, and forecasting
• Support subcontractor procurement and account management
• Help manage variations and commercial documentation
• Maintain project financial records and reports
• Work closely with operational teams on live construction projects

Requirements:

• Degree, HNC/HND, or studying towards a Quantity Surveying qualification
• Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Keen to develop a long-term career within construction and commercial management
• Previous construction industry experience is advantageous but not essential
