Lorien's leading banking client is looking for a Project Manager - People Transformation to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within a wider Workforce Transformation programme.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager with substantial HR Transformation experience, capable of managing complex change initiatives across People, technology and business functions.
The successful candidate will combine strong project management skills with an understanding of HR operations, stakeholder engagement and successful organisational change.
This role is based in Edinburgh.
This role will be Via Umbrella.
Working in a Hybrid Model of 2 days a week on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR and People Transformation projects, from planning and mobilisation through to implementation and adoption.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, technology, data, business operations and external partners.
- Deliver transformation initiatives involving HR systems, processes, workforce planning, talent management and organisational change.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, SMEs and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Manage project governance, reporting, RAID logs and stakeholder communications.
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, escalating issues where necessary.
- Collaborate with Change Management teams to ensure business readiness, stakeholder engagement and successful adoption.
- Manage external suppliers and support the transition of new processes and systems into BAU operations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong HR / People Transformation experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects.
- Significant end-to-end Project Management experience, ideally within large or complex organisations.
- Experience delivering change across HR technology, workforce planning, talent, learning or organisational design.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, operating models and transformational change.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, project dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement.
- Strong project governance, planning, reporting and delivery management capabilities.
- Experience supporting business change, implementation and adoption.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity.
