About the role
An established company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their thriving business. The Administrator role involves coordinating appointments, managing diaries, and ensuring that all information is arranged accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

- 35 hours per week

- Available immediately
Administrator responsibilities:
- Effectively scheduling and confirming appointments on behalf of the wider team
- Acting as first point of contact for clients via telephone and email
- Coordinating with the wider team to manage and optimise daily schedules
- Maintaining records of appointments, cancellations, and completed appointments
- Monitoring progress reports and flagging any issues/delays
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional manner
- Assisting with a range of ad hoc administrative functions
Administrator skills/competencies:
- A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
