Interim Project Coordinator

Location: Hertfordshire / North West London
Rate: £150-£170 per day via umbrella
Contract: Initial 8 weeks, with potential to extend
Working pattern: 4 days onsite, Friday WFH
Start: ASAP

I'm recruiting for an Interim Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced, growing hospitality business operating restaurants across the UK.

You'll provide hands-on administrative and project support to the Managing Director of QSR and QSR Facilities Lead, helping keep projects, actions and priorities organised.

• Project and administrative support to senior stakeholders

• Diary and meeting coordination

• Maintaining project plans, trackers and action logs

• Coordinating meetings, actions and deadlines

• Supporting business projects and initiatives

• Preparing meeting and project documentation

• Handling confidential information

• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused

• Experienced in Project Coordination, Project Support, Business Support, EA or similar

• Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

• A strong communicator with good attention to detail

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

• Confident using Microsoft 365

• Used to working in a fast-paced or multi-site environment

Experience within QSR, retail, facilities, or another multi-site business would be useful but isn't essential.
