Location: 4 Heron Road, Belfast, BT3 9LE

Type: Full Time / 39 Hours Per Week (08.30-17.00)

This is a full-time position however applications from candidates seeking reduced hours will also be considered

Salary: £26,500 (plus additional for on call duties)

The role of a Healthcare Coordinator is to work with clients and candidates and play a key role in scheduling and managing candidates placements.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

· Act as the first point of contact for all booking and shift availability queries, scheduling Nurses, Care Assistants and Support workers into shifts across a variety of client sites

· Provide excellent customer care to our clients and members

· Be highly organised, confident with multi-tasking, and thrive under pressure

· Continue to develop our Client base by actively finding new business opportunities

· Focus on building long term relationships with our Clients by working hard to find staff who will match our Clients’ needs

· Participate in paid on-call duties

· Have knowledge of the Northern Ireland Healthcare Sector

· Have ability to use computerised booking systems, proficiency in Microsoft word and excel.

· Excellent communication skills

 Essential Criteria:

· At least 6 months experience within a sales / admin / similar role

· Excellent communication skills that help you inform and liaise effectively with clients and candidates.
