About the role
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (Key Person) | Term Time
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a small, friendly preschool team in Stevenage working with children aged 2.5–5 years.
Hours: Approx. 30+ hours per week (term time only)
The role:
Act as a key person for a group of children
Support learning, development and wellbeing
Work closely with staff, children and families
Use online learning journals and contribute to planning
The ideal candidate:
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Has experience as a key person
Is caring, confident and a strong team player
Has excellent communication skills
