We are looking for kind, compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team, supporting people to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes across Wakefield and surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities

Supporting customers with personal care, including washing, dressing and maintaining personal hygiene.

Assisting with medication in accordance with care plans, training and company procedures.

Preparing meals and supporting customers with eating and drinking.

Providing companionship, emotional support and reassurance.

Supporting customers with mobility and everyday activities.

Assisting with light household duties and maintaining a safe home environment.

Promoting independence, dignity, privacy and individual choice.

Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns promptly.

Building positive, professional relationships with customers and their families.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage but are not essential.
