Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities Location: Sutton Coldfield Salary: 50,000 per annum + Benefits Job Type: Full–time, Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established residential care service in Sutton Coldfield, supporting four adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. The Role Oversee the day–to–day management of the residential service, ensuring high standards of person–centred care. Maintain full CQC compliance, safeguarding standards and effective care planning. Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team. Manage staffing, budgets and operational performance, working closely with the Operations Director. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Registered Manager within learning disability services. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and positive behaviour support. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent. Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive, compassionate and hands–on approach. What's on Offer? 50,000 basic salary 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays and company pension.
