Repairs Manager

Repairs Manager Permanent Position Loughton Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment – from executive to operative level. With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in Chelmsford. Day to Day for Repairs Manager: We're looking for a proven manager with experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction–related services. You'll be an engaging and supportive leader who can build strong relationships, coach and develop teams and confidently manage a fast–paced operational environment. You'll have a recognised trade background, experience managing multi–skilled and multi–disciplinary teams, and a strong understanding of customer–focused service delivery. You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working with performance measures, budgets and service improvement initiatives. A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be advantageous.
