This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Operatives, Food Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Packing Operatives, or Machine Operatives looking for a temporary to permanent position with excellent working conditions and genuine long–term career prospects. Key Duties Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.Pack finished products to company quality standards.Weigh raw materials accurately.Complete production paperwork to ensure full traceability.Palletise finished products ready for dispatch.Recycle waste materials, including packaging.Handle materials weighing up to 25kg.Achieve daily production targets and KPIs.Maintain GMP standards and a clean–as–you–go working environment.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Work collaboratively as part of the production team. Requirements Previous experience working in a food production environment.Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Good manual handling ability.Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.Ability to cover alternative shift times when required to meet business needs.Due to shift start and finish times, applicants must live locally or have their own transport.
