About the role
Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Shipping Co–ordinator dealing with Air, Road and Oceanfreight for a well–established Freight Company based in the E16 area. Duties:– Data input from daily sheets Liaising with customers via email & phone Arranging worldwide air, sea & roadfreight shipments (both imports and exports) Arranging courier shipments from UK & from Northern Ireland Creating jobs and creating pick lists to give to warehouse Completing jobs ready for despatch Booking transport for third party deliveries Speaking / emailing with ships agents to get ETA & ETD of vessels. Required Experience:– Air, Road and Oceanfreight knowledge Good customer service skills As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK. We have a fast growing reputation with most Freight related companies. Freightserve has been established since 1992 working within the Freight Forwarding and Shipping industry.
