About the role
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated refrigeration and air conditioning engineer to join our family run, South East based refrigeration and air conditioning company. A successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
- Diagnose faults and carry out equipment repairs.
- Complete routine maintenance and record work accurately.
- Follow safe working practices and communicate progress with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications and requirements
- Full UK drivers licence.
- F-gas Qualification.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Practical knowledge and experience with air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Hands-on equipment repair and maintenance skills.
- Leadership skills and a collaborative approach are valued.
