About the role
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Trainee Fire Door Inspector on behalf of an established client.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in facilities, maintenance, operations, or someone with a genuine interest in pursuing a career within fire safety.
No previous fire door experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out fire door inspections across various sites.
- Identifying and reporting defects or safety concerns.
- Recording findings and completing inspection reports.
- Ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Travelling between sites to complete inspections.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A practical, methodical approach to work.
- Previous experience with inspections, safety checks would be beneficial.
- Confident using computers and digital systems.
- Able to work independently and manage their workload.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
