Watts Farms has an opportunity for a Night Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be based at our site in Aylesford and will receive a competitive salary of £32,409.57 per annum.

- Start time 2pm until midnight \n
- Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, working an average of 48 hours per week. \n
\n
What will you be doing?
\n
- \n
- Picking customer orders in a chilled environment \n
- General warehouse housekeeping \n
- Stock replenishment \n
- Quality checking to ensure the produce that is sent to customers is of the best quality \n
- Adopting a clean as you go policy within the Warehouse \n
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the Warehouse \n

What skills and experience will you need?
\n
- \n
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage \n
- Previous picking experience is an advantage \n
- Reliable, ability to work in a team or individually if required \n
- Strong communication skills – ability to understand and follow instructions \n

We also provide a Home Delivery service, offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms in addition to a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and household goods.
