This is an exciting opportunity to join Companies House as we prepare to deliver more of the important reforms introduced through the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act. As an Identity Verification Integrity Manager, you will play a key role in protecting the integrity of the Companies House register by coordinating and developing enforcement activity relating to abuse and misuse of identity verification. This is a developing and high-profile area of work that sits at the heart of Companies House's ambition to become a more active gatekeeper of the register. You'll have the opportunity to influence new processes, build strong stakeholder relationships and help shape how the organisation responds to threats involving fraud, economic crime and misuse of identity verification services.

- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Interpreting legislation, policy and regulatory requirements and supporting their application within operational processes.
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of compliance and enforcement strategies and operational approaches.
- Supporting the identification of fraud, economic crime and misuse of identity verification
- Organising and driving the referral processes to ensure cases are dealt with appropriately, consistently and at appropriate pace. Monitoring case management and outcomes, and identifying opportunities for improvement to processes, controls and procedures.
- Ensuring accurate casework records and compliance with information handling, security and data protection requirements.
- Supporting delivery of Companies House objectives arising from the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
- Providing cover for other Deputy Service Managers when required.
- Work collaboratively with policy, operational, digital and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of delivery activities and priorities.
