We are currently recruiting for an organisation who is looking to grow their small close knit team. This role requires someone who is happy to work a busy role where every day will bring something different. The is a mission lead organisation and makes a real difference in the UK. Fully training is provided.
What would you be doing?
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Become the expert on the industry with full training
- Update systems and provide updates
- Take minutes and provide admin support
- Support site visits, outreach and community groups
- Produce and source printed and digital awareness resources
- Despatch web shop orders, check stock and receive deliveries
- Help set up and run training courses
- Manage certificates and events
What experience do you need?
- At least 3 years Administration experience
- Happy to work onsite as there is no hybrid working
- Fully computer literate with experience using all Microsoft Packages
- Confident on the phones
