Do you want to join a highly respected and established financial planning business with a supportive team culture and a strong client focus.
We are currently working on behalf of a reputable firm to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team of Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers, and Directors in a professional and rewarding environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including:
- Processing new business applications across various financial products
- Submitting transactions and fund switch requests on/off platform
- Obtaining illustrations, product literature, and portfolio valuations
- Preparing client meeting review packs
- Acting as a key liaison between clients, Financial Advisers, and product providers
- Handling Letters of Authority and maintaining accurate client records
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in IFA or Financial Planning administration is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of provider platforms
- Familiarity with XPlan and FE Analytics would be desirable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Capable of working effectively under pressure
