Maintenance Electrician – £30 per hour (CIS or Ltd Company) Ongoing Contract | 35 Paid Hours per Week | Double-Time Weekend Overtime What’s on Offer? * £30 per hour (CIS or Ltd Company). * Ongoing contract. * 35 paid hours per week. * Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 4:30pm break. * Weekend overtime paid at double time. * £147 on-call allowance per seven-day period, plus four hours’ pay. * Full training before joining the on-call rota. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance. * Maintain and repair CCTV, locking systems, BMS, heating, ventilation and emergency lighting. * Complete weekly fire alarm checks and routine inspections. * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs. * Join a one-in-five on-call rota, covering seven consecutive days when scheduled. * Follow site security procedures for keys, radios and personal defence. Requirements * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. * Time-served electrical maintenance experience. * Full UK driving licence and ability to drive. * Basic Disclosure essential, with full disclosure required when working on site. * Willingness to complete site-specific training. * Flexibility to undertake on-call duties and reactive maintenance. xjnqpsq Interested?
