About the role
Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Our client is a leading global e-commerce and logistics company, helping brands grow their online businesses through modern warehousing, order fulfilment, and distribution services. Due to continued growth, they are looking for reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Northampton.
This role focuses mainly on packing orders, so previous packing experience is essential.
Warehouse Operative – Key Responsibilities
- Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Checking products for damage and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Labelling parcels and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Ensuring orders are packed securely and correctly.
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in packing is essential.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work at a steady pace and meet targets.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Comfortable standing throughout the shift.
