£16.90 per hour | 3-Shift Rotation | Temp-to-Perm

Location: Pinxton (commutable from Alfreton, Mansfield, Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield, Ilkeston, Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield)

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for steady work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position?

We are recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy, high-volume FMCG warehouse operation in Pinxton. You will play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by moving stock and materials safely and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable driver looking for consistent work, with the potential to move into a permanent role after an initial 12-week temporary period.

• Operating counterbalance forklift trucks in a busy warehouse environment.
• Moving and handling high volumes of stock and materials.
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities.
• Ensuring goods are moved safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Working a rotating three-shift pattern: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.

• Holds a valid counterbalance forklift licence.
• Has proven experience operating counterbalance FLTs.
• Is reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work effectively as part of a team.
• Gas truck experience is desirable but not essential.

• £16.90 per hour.
• Rotating three-shift pattern across five days.
• Initial 12-week temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent.
• Consistent work within a busy FMCG operation.
• Immediate start available.
