What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
- Deliver comprehensive financial insights and management reports that empower strategic decision-making across the group
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes aligned with company growth ambitions
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to optimise costs, improve efficiencies, and support business development initiatives
- Maintain robust financial controls and systems enhancements to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Act as a key partner in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of financial excellence throughout the organisation
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
- Hold a professional accounting qualification or be studying towards ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Experience in management accounting within manufacturing or production environments
- Strong expertise in cost management, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
- Proficient with ERP systems (such as SAP, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders with clarity and insight
