Elevation Recruitment Group are actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and develop new business opportunities across the Midlands and surrounding regions for an established manufacturer of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture.
Key Responsibilities for Business Development Manager:
Develop new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers across high-rise residential developments.
Build relationships with housebuilders, developers, contractors, architects, specifiers and key decision-makers.
Identify commercial opportunities and maximise profitable sales.
Deliver excellent customer service and manage enquiries effectively.
Requirements of Business Development Manager:
Experience in business development or sales within the KBB sector, ideally working with housebuilders, developers or contractors.
Knowledge of fast-track construction projects and the residential development market.
Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
Commercially minded, proactive and able to work to deadlines under pressure.
Full UK driving licence and based within reasonable reach of the Midlands.
