Your new company
Our client is a leading property/construction company who is looking to expand their footprint within Europe.
Your new role
Responsibilities will include benefits administration, managing broker relationships together with reviewing and overseeing the European benefits programmer. Additionally, there will be various benefits and pensions projects to get involved in and expand your sphere of influence within benefits and pensions. You'll be working with various stakeholders and be a key contributor to the communications plan for the wider business.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have strong benefits background and ideally have European exposure as well. You'll be comfortable working with systems and have ideally worked in a role which involved reviewing a benefit platform and improving processes.
