About the role
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a 43 year old lady living in the Cilfynydd area. I have Autism, cerebral palsy and limited speech and I walk with assistance. I like listening to all types of music and find it makes me happy. I really like to go out for rides in the car and like to go shopping and to places I like to eat at for example KFC.
PURPOSE OF JOB
I require support within the home and in the community.
HOURS OF WORK
21 hours per week
8:30 - 3:30
and holiday cover as required
RATES OF PAY
£15.25 per hour.
TASKS INVOLVED
- Personal care and toileting needs
- Assistance with bathing
- Help with brushing teeth
- Dressing, undressing
- Meals and preparation
- Social outings, community activities
- Shopping
- Household duties / light cleaning
- Any other reasonable task
