As a Trainee Powder Coater, you will benefit from: Full training provided, no previous powder coating experience requiredMonday to Friday hours only, with no weekend workEarly finishes Monday to Friday The chance to learn a specialist trade with genuine long–term demandA clear route to progress into a permanent, skilled roleWorking as part of a small, hands–on team As a Trainee Powder Coater, your responsibilities will include: Spray painting components to a high standard using powder coating equipmentPreparing items thoroughly ahead of paintingMasking and demasking parts as requiredMaintaining and caring for spray equipmentKeeping the work area clean and organised through general housekeeping duties As a Trainee Powder Coater, your experience will include: Previous spraying experience is highly desirable but not essential, full training givenA genuinely high level of attention to detailComfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting experience labouringConfident using hand and power toolsA good understanding of written English to follow instructions and safety procedures
