Location: Slough (Primary Site) with UK Travel
Salary: Up to £60,000 + 20% Bonus + Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading facilities management organisation, overseeing a portfolio of six sites across the UK. This is a high-profile account offering the chance to lead a skilled engineering team while delivering outstanding operational performance and client service.
Your New Role
As Contract Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a multi-site portfolio, with a primary focus on sites in Slough and Altrincham. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure contractual compliance, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the account.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operational delivery across six UK sites.
• Leading, developing, and motivating a multi-skilled engineering team.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, statutory, and contractual requirements.
• Monitoring financial performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Driving service improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Supporting strategic planning and future growth of the contract.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in a Contract Manager or senior Facilities Management leadership role.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management experience.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets and contract performance.
• Experience managing engineering and facilities management teams.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
