Autograph Recruitment is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our client in the Forest of Dean.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting on the phone, starting conversations and turning an initial enquiry into a lasting business relationship. You’ll take an active role in finding new opportunities, understanding what customers need and following through to secure their business.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying and approaching potential customers through calls, emails and networking.

• Building relationships with decision-makers and understanding their requirements.

• Presenting the company’s offering and preparing tailored proposals.

• Following up on enquiries and quotes to turn opportunities into sales.

• Managing your pipeline and keeping customer records up to date.

• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover for new customers.

What are we looking for?

You’ll have experience in sales or business development, with the confidence to approach new customers and keep conversations moving.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, motivated and comfortable picking up the phone. You’ll ask good questions, listen to what customers need and be proactive with your follow-up.
