Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
\n Job Type: Full Time, Term Time Only

\n Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to work full time within a specialist educational setting in the Kettering area.

\n The Role
\n * Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
\n * Assist students with their academic, social and emotional development.
\n * Encourage independence and confidence within the classroom.
\n * Support behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
\n * Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs.
\n * Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
\n * Assist with personal care where required.
\n * Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

\n Requirements
\n * Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
\n * Patient, caring and resilient approach.
\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n * Passion for supporting children with additional needs.
