As a Senior Operations Coordinator (Solar), your responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of day-to-day domestic Solar PV and Battery Storage operations, coordinating up to 10 installations per week Managing engineer schedules, labour allocation, installation diaries and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently Overseeing installations on site when required, resolving technical and operational issues while ensuring projects meet MCS and DNO requirements Coordinating with installation teams, customers and internal departments to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction The successful Senior Operations Coordinator (Solar) should have: Minimum 2 years' experience managing or coordinating domestic Solar PV installations within the UK Proven experience overseeing Solar PV installations on site, coordinating engineers and managing installation delivery Strong knowledge of Solar PV, Battery Storage, MCS standards and DNO requirements Excellent organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage operations independently Please apply to Harley Reynolds at Accelerated People Management for immediate consideration.
