Finance Manager

Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business in Blaenavon for an experienced Finance Manager to join their busy finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional looking to take ownership of key financial processes while working closely with senior management to support strategic business decisions.

💷 £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

🕒 Permanent | Full-Time | Office-Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Profit & loss reporting and financial analysis
• Budget preparation and variance reporting
• Cash flow management and forecasting
• VAT returns and financial compliance
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Credit control and debtor management
• General ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations
• Payroll processing
• Preparation of weekly and monthly supplier and contractor payment runs
• Providing financial reporting and insight to support business performance

What We're Looking For:

• AAT qualified, ACA or ACCA part-qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience
• Previous experience within a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or Company Accountant position
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience using Sage 50
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider management team

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:15 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:15 - 15:00
