Our Management Training Programme starts with developing your sales skills, then gives you the opportunity to progress into coaching, team leadership and management.
What you’ll do
Represent major brands through face-to-face sales. Meet customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services, with practical training and regular coaching to help you improve.
How you’ll progress
Learn to sell. Build consistent results. Develop the skills to coach others and lead a team.
Progression is performance-based, with clear criteria covering results, customer standards and leadership ability. You’ll know what you need to achieve to take the next step.
We’re looking for people who:
