Commercial Administrator

Job Role We are looking for an organised and reliable Commercial Administrator to support our commercial team with the day-to-day administration of construction projects. The role will involve keeping records up to date, managing paperwork, assisting with subcontractor payments and supporting the Quantity Surveyor & Contracts Managers. Main Responsibilities General administration and filing of commercial documents. Updating spreadsheets and commercial trackers. Raising and tracking purchase orders and subcontract orders. Assisting with subcontractor payment applications. Keeping records of variations and project costs. Chasing outstanding paperwork from subcontractors and suppliers. Maintaining subcontractor records and compliance documents. Managing emails and general correspondence. Supporting the Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyors with daily tasks. Skills and Experience Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Able to manage workloads and meet deadlines. Good communication skills. Previous administration experience preferred. Construction or commercial experience would be an advantage.
